Policy Identification, Analysis & Prioritization
We review, revise and develop policy alternatives related to land use, development, climate adaptation and natural resource restoration, as well as regulatory policy. 
Water Quality Trading & Restoration Program Design
We are leading the development of water quality trading and incentive programs in the Western United States. The Lake Clarity Crediting Program that we developed for Lake Tahoe is currently being implemented and the Klamath River Basin Water Quality Tracking and Accounting Program analysis and design are underway. 
Water Quality Crediting & Trading Program Development
We are leading water quality crediting and trading feasibility analysis and program design. Our programs provide the means to judge and track progress towards achieving load reduction milestones and permit compliance. By investigating pollutant fate and transport alongside political and economic attractiveness and institutional capacity, meaningful pollutant reduction credits define and show progress toward achieving goals. 
TMDL Implementation, Climate Adaptation & Regional Planning
We provide a wide range of technical and policy development support to resource management agencies. We are working with water agencies and community members to develop a climate adaptation framework and climate adaptation policies for the Tahoe Basin, and have also worked with federal, California, Nevada and regional agencies to support coordinated planning efforts.
